Not really. What I have found that works for me is to place one's eye to the EVF before bringing the entire camera to your face. Once I activate the EVF, touching the LCD screen doesn't move the focus square. It's just a slight change but once “remembered” you'll have fewer, if any, issues.

Quite simple really. Set the camera for DNG & JPEG. Set your film style to B&W and set your preferences for sharpness and contrast – and shoot. Your DNG files will always be color and your JPEGs will be monochrome. You can use your JPEGs for any purpose or process your DNG files to black and white.

That depends on where you are, I guess. Winter-shoes in Denver are quite different than winter-shoes in Florida or Iceland.
