Have you heard of Air Haifa? It’s set to become Israel’s first new airline in 35 years. Flights will operate from Haifa Airport in northern Israel (if safety concerns allow), giving its 3 million residents a closer international departure point than Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport, check out Details on the launch of AirHaifa. Air Haifa plans to fly to Eilat, an Israeli resort on the Red Sea (from October 13) and Larnaca, Cyprus (from October 14).
