    I’ve been without my CL since March. An estimate was done to clean a spot of dirt in the EVF. I paid and was told by a customer service rep that the camera would be ready and /or shipped a month ago.
    The tracking app on the website hasn’t been updated since the beginning of April and the rep, when he replies, just says he’ll check with his colleague in Germany. That was weeks ago. I’m beginning to suspect that there’s something going on that they don’t want to tell me because they don’t reply to emails or phone messages. This lack of communication is disrespectful.
