I’ve recently started playing at an online casino and was really excited about the bonuses they offer. However, when I went to claim my free spins, nothing showed up in my account. I had a similar thing happen with a different online casino. Took them almost a week to sort it out, and I had to keep bugging them. My advice? Take screenshots of everything, including the bonus offer and your account balance. It gives you proof when you complain.
