Well, by adjusting the backup settings, you can easily have a look at the last backup of the company file you created. For this, you have to visit the File menu and then head to the Backup Company. Later see the time and date at the top of the menu.
To make any changes to the backup preferences, check out the steps provided below:
Select the File and hover over the backup company.
Next, click on the Create Local Backup option.
Choose Options.
Now, make the required changes and hit the OK tab.Ultimately, you have a backup company file that you can use to restore your QuickBooks company file. Make sure that this file must have a .qbb extension at the end of the file name.
