I’ve recently joined a maritime crew and have been hearing a lot about the importance of taking additional courses to improve safety and performance at sea. However, I’m a bit confused about which courses are truly necessary for both personal development and safety compliance. Has anyone else gone through this and can share advice on what courses are the most valuable?
