My new home is in the middle of the Napa Valley, surrounded by vineyards. Out my door there are acres of wine grapes and the freedom to access the vineyards and photograph to my hearts content. A simple subject, grapes and vines throughout the seasons. As this is early in the season, the berries are starting to grow and prosper under the heat of the day and rest in the chill of the evening. This was from my evening walk, it was 99 during the day and 65 when I took my walk at sunset.

I like these Al…take one more and you’ve got yourself a triptych (sorry Jack…couldn’t resist) 🙂 I recently acquired the same lens. It’s a bit of a beast but it renders beautifully and the focal length fits in nicely between the 35mm and 70mm Leica offerings.
