Leica QOfflineMockingbirds are very common in the South, and within reach of the C-112. If I really wanted better images of this bird, then more patience would allow me to get closer.
The ‘Flower’, if that’s what it is, I saw at the edge of a sidewalk in an abandoned field when taking a walk recently. It was nighttime, so I crouched down and used an LED flashlight (held in mouth) to light the 3/4-inch wide flower, and then got the photo. It’s not easy doing that, because the camera tends to block the light.
Leica X2 Paul Smith edition, Leica X-E, Panasonic ZS-100.
