I’ve been considering seeing a sex therapist to address some intimacy issues in my relationship. Has anyone here worked with a sex therapist before? I’m curious about how they approach sensitive topics like deb sex and communication barriers.
Did you find it helpful in rebuilding trust or exploring new ways to connect with your partner? Any advice on what to expect during sessions or how to prepare would be greatly appreciated.
