Is there a difference in the lens moutning. I see on my Canon 550D (cropped sensor) there is a red dot and a white square where i can mount different lens.
Can I mount the same lens on a cropped sensor camera and on a full frame camera?Obviously with uncorrected astigmatism there is quite a bit of distortion of a red dot sight. I am trying toric contacts, and finding that they do little to correct the distortion. Is this issue not likely to be corrected with contacts? Can anyone recommend a specific brand or type that I can talk to my optometrist about? Would custom lenses be more likely to solve the issue?
