Hello,
I have a question about the back screen on my S2,
it’s bad when the light is dark…
sometimes it’s grey sometimes it’s dark with special effect ! 🙂
but when the light is good, the screen is normal…
on the magnific S2 the screen must be all right and all the time I think !
thanks for your answers,
kind regards,

SébastienThat doesn’t sound right at all. My screen is better in dim light than it is in bright light. Maybe your screen brightness is set too high and it is washing out. That is the only think I can think of to cause the screen to be grey in dim light and good in normal light. At least is an easy menu selection to adjust the screen brightness and see if that helps. Otherwise you may have a problem with the screen itself.

Leica M, Leica S, Leica SL, Leica CLOfflineYour Monitor Back Plane Brightness setting is currently on Automatic. This adjusts the monitor backlight (not image brightness) based on ambient lighting conditions. To change:
1) Setup menu
2) Monitor/Display
3) Back Plane
4) Backlight
5) Change to Medium
6) Confirm by depressing the thumb wheelThis should solve your problem.
