In order to use this policy, you must call Delta Airlines at least 72 hours before the original departure date of your flight.
If you make a change to your reservation more than 72 hours before the departure date, Delta Airlines will charge a change fee of US$200 plus applicable taxes and fees. If you make a change to your reservation less than 72 hours before the departure date, Delta Airlines will not charge a change fee.
Delta Airlines reserves the right to deny any request for a Flight Change Policy.
