Filter Recomandation to fit 35 Summicron ASPH lens hood

Hi All –

I bought a brand new 35 Summicron ASPH this week. The supplied lens hood (12470) doesn’t fit over the clear filter I’m using. It fits over Leica’s filters, of course, but I’d like a recommendation for a lower priced high-quality filter that the hood will fit over (ie B+W, Heliopan, etc). I need to purchase a Clear/UV for protection and a Yellow. My local stores don’t have a good selection of 39mm filters to try out.
