Working on a project that has nothing but semi abstract vertical shots. They will be enlarged to 48″ in height.
This one is architectural.
Believe it or not, I set this up on a tripod and after adjusting the level with a lever on the flash shoe, I got the alignment with the walls right the first time. I have cropped out a sliver on the top and not yet decided how much on the bottom. In this, the bottom is not cropped.
The 35mm S did a pretty incredible job.Upon re-examining the photo, I now see a photoshop flaw in a local adjustment layer I will have to fix before printing. It leaves a slight color cast line in one part of the photo. I did not catch it before, but the ease of examining a photo on red dot made it pretty apparent. One of the challenges of huge photos is that errors that would not show up in smaller sizes become visible. Cheaper to catch it on the red dot than after a print.
Note to Kipper, it will not be a triptych this time. By the way, your shots are nicer to look at, so keep going.
